Cool sculpting vs. Liposuction

Do you want to Reduce your Waist Line?

Countless people want to reduce their waistline. Either they want to reduce it out of appearance, or they want to do it for health reasons. But if you are one of those people who just have a hard time losing weight but they are doing a great job at keeping their weight, it can seem like a great idea to have a little bit of help.

The two most popular ways of quickly reducing your waistline are by either cool sculpting or liposuction.

The Difference Between Cool sculpting and Liposuction

cooliftingLiposuction is the process of creating a lateral incision on the lower part of the abdomen and sucking out the excess fat that rests on your tummy. This process is invasive, and it requires you to go under anesthesia. Despite the risk, this is an incredibly common procedure for many people across the country.

Cool sculpting is the process of taking a cool gun and freezing parts of your abdomen. The fat cells, when frozen, are absorbed into he bodies natural decomposition and disposed of. The procedure takes anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour, and multiple sessions are required to see results consistently.

Which is Better for You?

Both methods will help you lose weight. The only choice you have in the matter is whether or not you want telltale signs and whether or not you want to be under anesthesia.

The anesthesia is enough to put a pitstop in most people getting liposuction. However, for those who want to lose a lot of weight quickly, liposuction may be the way to go because, with similar results, cool sculpting could take up to 6 months.

But, liposuction does give you a scar. It is still a surgery, and you will still have signs of the surgery on your body.

If scars and anesthesia are things that will scare you away, consider getting cool sculpting instead.
